Send an Email
After you create an email campaign, send it to your subscribed email contacts immediately, or schedule it for a later time.
Before you start
- Create and Design an Email.
- Confirm your sender identity.
Select your segment
Select the segment that will receive your email. If you don't have an segment or need to create a new one, check out Create a new audience segment.
Choose your delivery time
Choosing Send immediately will send your email immediately after reviewing the details page and clicking Send. You can also choose to Schedule for later and send the email at a convenient time. You must also select the timezone. You can schedule emails to send up to one year in advance, but as a best practice, we generally recommend scheduling emails only as far in advance as necessary.
Review and send
As the last step, review all of the details on the review page. Be sure to double check your sender identity, subject line, audience, and send time. If everything looks good, click Send at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
Caution: Once an email begins the sending process, it cannot be undone. Emails scheduled to be sent in the future can be unscheduled if they are stopped before the scheduled sending time passes.
