About People
The contacts whose information you store in your Parthenon account are known as your People. You can find People under Audiences in the navigation.
In this article, you'll learn more about how to view and edit information about your contacts.
Things to know
Not all features in people profiles are available to all subscription types. If your accounts prompts you about an unavailable feature and are interested in upgrading, you can contact our team at support@parthenon.co to learn more.
Contact information
The default fields for a people records are as follows:
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email / SMS subscription status
- People tags
Contact information can be edited at any time.
Campaign engagement
The campaign engagement tab displays the interactions this person has with your email and SMS communications. The more opens/clicks a constituent has, the more engaged they are with your content. This view only shows the engagement for the selected contact, not for the entire campaign. To view campaign-wide stats, navigate to Outreach > Email Newsletters / SMS Campaigns.
Voter insights
The voter insights tab houses the advanced data fields available through our parter data service, including vote history, demographic information, veteran status, etc. If you are not a subscriber of our data services, this tab will not display any information.
Cases
The cases tab displays all of the casework your organization is working on behalf of the constituent, giving you a high level view of the types of requests and status for each case. You can click on a case to view more detailed information.
Emails
The emails tab displays all of the inbound emails from the constituent. With our Outlook integration, you can respond and log emails directly from Outlook while a copy gets saved to the constituent's profile. Any issue tags will also appear here and can be used to build segments for targeted outreach.
