Email Templates are pre-designed emails available to all customers. These templates are designed to help customers send their first few emails to constituents without having to design every email from scratch. The templates library is continually updated, so you may see additional options over time.
When you create an email campaign, we give you the option to start from a blank slate, or choose from a template. If you select the template option, you will be prompted with the templates available to your account.
Once you select a template, you can customize it as much as you'd like, including adding a header, footer, and body content.
